Elizabeth Joanna Mitchell is an American actor. She was born on 27 March 1970, she is 5' 9" in height. Her roles are her character of Dr. Juliet Burke in ABC's Lost TV show and FBI agent Erica Evans in V. Gia And The Escape Clause. Mitchell is co-starring with Eric Kripke in the television show Revolution on NBC. She is the step-father to Joseph Day Mitchell and mother Josephine Marian Mitchell (nee Jenkins) are both lawyers who reside in Dallas. Mitchell made the move with her mom into Dallas, Texas in the year 1970. Her mother later got married Joseph Mitchell. Mitchell was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts which is a magnet public school. She is the oldest sister of Katherine Day Kate Mitchell, Kristina Helen Kristie Mitchell, and Kristina H. Kristie Mitchell. She graduated in 1991 of Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting and she was also enrolled at the British American Drama Academy.Mitchell worked for six years at the Dallas Theater Center and a one-year stint at the Encore Theater.
